Despite a few minor issues, our Christmas stay at this hotel was overall enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions in the area. The daily walking tour was a great way to explore the area, and we even hiked up to a viewpoint for a stunning view. The bar at the hotel was also a nice touch, offering reasonable prices for drinks.
To our stay. The staff at the front desk could sometimes be rude or indifferent, leading to misunderstandings and confusion.

As women travelling alone, we loved the friendly and helpful receptionist who allowed us to check in early and always had a smile on his face. the free tea all day and eggs for breakfast were great. the location was ideal, with a supermarket nearby and easy access to both parties and a peaceful night's sleep.
We felt so at home at this hostel, with no complaints whatsoever.
